Orders are processed and dispatched from our studio to our local delivery partner within 2-5 business days, after a payment is received since they are made to order and custom orders can have a longer processing time depending on the project. In some rare cases, it may take longer to process your order due to the time required to make handmade products. You will then receive an email with tracking information for your package so that the package can be tracked on its way to you. You may experience delays as important safety measures are in place, including physical distancing, means it takes longer to process heavy parcel volumes. The estimated delivery time due to the current situation is can be anywhere between 2-45 business days.
Once we drop your package off at the post office, with the address that you submitted, we unfortunately have no control over their handling including delayed delivery, lost items, stolen items, etc. We will not refund or replace these items. If a package is bounced back to us for whatever reason, we will certainly reach out and let you know so that we all can resolve the issue.
All currency is in Canadian dollars by default but you can convert the rates using the currencies conversion tab at the top right corner of the website page. If the delivered item is damaged or broken once it is received, please let us know within 24 hours of having received your package with a photo of the jewellery and we can discuss a solution. We can try to resolve any issue that was a mistake on our part.
We do take CUSTOM ORDERS! Let us know what you are looking for through the contact form. We will be happy to create matching sets, earrings in your favourite colour, or a design you like. We will let you know the processing time and cost involved on a case by case basis.
For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note; for orders shipped to any country outside of Canada, you might be charged other taxes, customs and import duties and fees which will be the responsibility of the customer, and must be paid by you in order for your parcel to clear customs.
As customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, Soufflé Studio has no control over these charges, and we are unable to advise you on the additional charges.

Returns are not accepted for custom pieces however we will send you the required images for review during the time we take to complete your special order!
Since all items are handmade, there might be some small imperfections/inconsistencies such as (small bubbles, slight colour difference that appears on the screen, or small marks/blemishes which does not affect the functionality or overall appeal of the item) that may occur which is totally normal. Returns will not be accepted on the basis of small imperfections such as these.
