Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Currently we ship only to Canada and USA.

Q: Can I get two exact same pieces?

A: Each piece is handmade therefore getting two exact pieces will be impossible but in some cases it's possible to do so. Please contact us at hello@soufflestudio.com with reference to the product name or picture that you're interested in.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?

 A: For hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Q: How do I maintain my Soufflé Studio pieces?

A: Soufflé earrings are lightweight yet durable, however it should still be loved and cared for. To prolong the lifespan of the earrings, keep them safe from any sharp objects. Earrings should be stored away from direct sunlight, moisture and extreme temperature as it would affect the earring’s colour and durability. For more information, check out our JEWELRY CARE page.

Q: Will my Soufflé pieces break?

A: Our pieces are very durable and will not break when dropped. However, it is possible to break them if you bend them intentionally or pull too hard. With all handmade products, a little more TLC (tender loving care) is always required. 

Q: What material is your earring backs made of?

A: We use stainless steel and brass for most of our pieces. Please check the product page before you place your order as we always mention there the materials that we have used.

Q: I did not receive my parcel, what should I do?

A: Depending on the shipping method and situation, we will try to help you to our fullest capabilities. In the event of this unfortunate situation, do contact us through our email address hello@soufflestudio.com

Q: The design is out of stock. Will you be restocking it?

A: Please follow us at @soufflestudio on Instagram to stay updated on restock dates and available designs! Having said that, due to the nature of handmade items, some pieces are truly unique and can’t be replicated. Therefore, we suggest that if you love a particular accessory, you purchase it as and when you see that it’s available.

You can always email us if you are looking forward to a restock and if it’s possible to replicate we’ll let you know and then the designer will be happy to make them for you! In this case, please allow longer processing time as the process of making them will be like making an individual custom order and not many pairs at a time.

Q: I don’t have pierced ears, but I’d really like to wear your earrings!

A: Clip-on earrings are not available for online purchases, unless stated. However, we take customized orders for clip-on earring. You can do so by dropping us an email with your request at hello.soufflestudio.com

 

Q: I saw a customised item you made for someone. Could I place a custom order for the same design?

No. Customised pieces are special because they were made based on the requests of individual customers. We do not remake something personalised for a client for someone else. However, it is possible for us to make customised pieces inspired by previous collections or your own ideas.

Q: On your Instagram account and on your website, it says that custom orders are closed. Could I still please place a custom order?

A: Our Instagram account and website are constantly updated with the latest announcements, including if custom orders are closed or open. But incase you missed that announcement, please email us on hello.soufflestudio.com to ask us. Please do not DM us on Instagram as messages can get lost and not be responded to in time.

Q: I saw your upcoming collections on Instagram. May I reserve a pair of earrings?
A: Unfortunately, you cannot reserve any item in advance. Please sign up to our newsletter for updates on launch/restock dates and time. We usually add a reminder to our posts on Instagram that is set to five minutes earlier than the launch time, so you can be notified and be prepared to shop!
